Several weeks of hard work have now come to an end with our wedding fair now being over. Despite the weather not being ideal, it was a great success and we have had lots of positive feedback from both exhibitors and visitors. Although we have not yet got the final numbers, we gave away around 120 goodie bags. Importantly for ourselves we have also had a lot of interest in Hargate Hall as a Wedding Venue for 2012 as well. It was a superb opportunity for couples to be able to see different ways that Hargate Hall can be decorated, whilst also giving exhibitors a fantastic way of showing off their products and skills.
On this note We would like to give a big thank you to all those who helped us in putting the whole wedding fair together and helping with decorations, and equipment. Without Kelly of Boho Events we probably wouldn’t have even got started. Kelly brought with her lots of experience, contacts and taught us how to twitter!
Paul from Spirits High Entertainments provided all the sound equipment, uplighters and LED dance floor. As you can see from the photograph, the result is amazing. The chair covers in the picture were provided by Sarah from Zana Event Hire. The bunting, which was also used in the main hall and games room to great effect, came from The Bunting Queen.
All the exibitors who came are listed on our wedding fair (or will be added in the next couple of days) so if you have mislaid the contact details for anyone you should be able to find them there.
