The refurbishment work is continuing on communal dining room. A new power and water supply have been put in, and replastering work has started. The next step will be to put in the heating and hot water system.

The top floor is now useable again, but not quite finished. It has had a coat of paint, a new wall and door to close of the stair case, and some new toys for the younger ones. It needs proper carpeting putting in, but we are going to leave that until we have finished the downstairs part, otherwise I am sure to get paint or plaster on it!
